Is there Parking at the venues?
Yes, there is parking at all venues. Where possible, we leave a short gap between sessions to park.

What does my child wear?
Sports clothing (shorts/trousers/t-shirt/jumper and trainers). Please remember to bring a drink.

How much are the sessions?
Sessions cost £29.40/month by direct debit (£7.35/session.) We ask for a deposit equal to one monthly instalment, on joining the programme, to secure your child’s place. This is refundable at the end of the agreement with us, unless you fail to comply with the Terms. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Can I enrol my child at any point?
Yes, we are really flexible and your child can enrol at any point during the year.

How many weeks will you run?
We run 48 weeks/year. There is always a 1 week break over Easter and Christmas. The other 2 weeks will be confirmed in advance. Reminders will also be emailed out and posted on our social media pages.

Do parents/guardians participate?
Yes, this is encouraged and makes a fun experience for all. Some exercises can be completed by just the child but others (for example: throwing and catching) will benefit from parental/guardian help to ensure maximum quality of the exercise.

When will my child move up a group?
We will aim to move your child up to the next group when they are of the right age and ability, providing we have a space in the next class. Our coaches will guide this process to ensure each child is positioned in the most appropriate group at the time. If classes are full, we will move your child as soon as a space becomes available.

How many children do you have in a class?
Our groups are capped at 12-14 children. The standard ratio is 1 lead coach:12 children. However, our ratios are normally 1:6.

Are your coaches trained?
Yes, all coaches are LTA (lawn tennis association) qualified. They hold enhanced DBS certificates and are first aid trained.

Does my child need their own racket?
No, all equipment is provided. However, please feel free to bring their racket along if they have one.

My child enjoyed the free trial and we want to sign up - what do I do now?
Please email: hello@minitennisstars.co.uk or text us to sign up. We will send a GoCardless payment link to authorise the one-off refundable deposit and to set up the monthly direct debit for the tennis sessions.
How do I cancel my Mini Tennis Stars place?
Please send an email to: hello@minitennisstars.co.uk to notify us you no longer wish to continue. There is a 1 month notice period.

Can I pause my subscription for a holiday?
Unfortunately we are unable to pause a subscription and hold your child's space, especially as many classes have waiting lists.

I have some ideas and suggestions for Mini Tennis Stars - can I share this information with you?
Absolutely!! We welcome comments, ideas and feedback via email, text message or even in the classes themselves. We strive to ensure our classes are fun, beneficial and our customers views are really important to us.

Do you offer sibling discount?
Yes. We offer a sibling discount if you have 2 or more children booked onto the programme at the same time.
